The vehicle needed some basic maintenance such as repairing squeaky brakes.
The experience was great as the staff was very helpful and finished the formalities very fast. The car was very spacious but its pick up on slopes was not very good. Apart from that small issue the rest of the experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

It was easy to manage the rent car, and was good support.
Overall super easy and convenient. Only slight discomfort was w.r.t. the drop-off and not being to give the keys back to someone in person (felt like it was a risk); bar that minor point, fantastic.
Would have been better if the fuel policy was full tank to full as it was difficult to calculate how much fuel you required on a short rental period. Staff prompt in replying or confirming details via email.
