Very easy sign up process, which took less than 10 minutes to drive off. Option to include full insurance at booking stage meant no additional costs. The vehicle was older than expected, but still perfectly adequate.

The guy waiting for us at the Port was rude and impatient. We were a few minutes late and he was rude about having to wait. The air conditioning in the car didn't work.

Excellent service. Pick up and drop off as planned. Only criticism, the car barely had any fuel in it when we received it and we were advised to return it the same. Most rental companies have a take it full and return it full policy - much better in my opinion.
