The car (Volkwasgen Polo) was the model booked online. It was delivered at the airport a bit ahead of the request, which is good because the plane landed before the scheduled time (the car rental company employee was monitoring the landing time). I parked the car at the airport and it was collected by the car rental company employee. Everything went smoothly!
We need to call the agency (lucky that I have phone) when arrived the airport. The staff brought us to a car parked overnight nearby and pick the key from underneath the floor mat on the driver seat, he also instructed to us to do the same on returning of the car. The fuel was only 20% on tank instead of full, he said this is their fuel policy to return on same level. There was a low tire-pressure warning light on the panel,a sound of lower suspension when car was running. Overall is disappoint.
