Needed to call him as he was waiting directly in the parking. And when we gave back the car, not the most pleasant agency owner...
Excellent service. Pick up and drop off as planned. Only criticism, the car barely had any fuel in it when we received it and we were advised to return it the same. Most rental companies have a take it full and return it full policy - much better in my opinion.
