Great experience
After hours pickup personnel not very helpful on resolving issue with the rental, gave flimsy excuse for not being able to resolve problem and laid all responsibility on me for the rental not meeting our needs. Not what I would rate as quality customer service. Vehicle was canyon certified and large capacity with no accommodation for an equal number of skis....no roof rails and no ski rack. Would make a great summer rental!

The other rental agencies don’t have true Jeep tires that can handle snow in little cottonwood canyon, they use all season tires, which are terrible for large snows. Very grateful for Rugged Rental.
The $40 late pick up fee was excessive. We were picked up along with a separate couple renting from the agency at 8pm. I asked agent if we could split the $40 late pick up fee given there were two parties, but agent declined saying it’s “per vehicle”. For $40 fee and unwillingness to compromise for customer satisfaction, I will not rent or recommend Rugged Rental.
