We had a great vehicle and excellent service.
Solid vehicle, no problems. Trailer hookup was intermittent, but that may well have been the RV trailer's plugs, which appeared slightly fouled. Some controls were not intuitive, but the vehicle hauled a load very well with good stability.

This was by far the best car rental experience I have ever had. They exceeded our expectations in terms of service, and the vehicle itself, a Jeep Patriot, was perfect for the trip. Knowing Rugged Rental is there will keep us returning to Salt Lake City in the future.

We rented a Jeep Wrangler 4 door (Rubicon). We needed a vehicle to get us around the back roads of the Moab, Utah area. The Jeep was perfect for the job. Big enough for a family of 4 plus luggage as well as rugged enough to to get through the rough terrain with relative ease and confidence. I would highly recommend Rugged Rental to anyone looking for a specialty rental vehicle at a great value price.
