Second time renting from Rugged Rental, both experiences have been great, my go to rental company in Salt Lake.
Great place and super friendly staff. Jeep was a Rubicon, which was a much nicer model than I was expecting.
The vehicle that I rented a couple of years ago was not up to scratch for the conditions of the road however this trip the vehicle we rented was better than expected.

People were all friendly and responsive. My only problem was that the pre-rental communication (emails) did not say I should call when ready to be picked up. I waited for the Ace/Rugged Rental van for almost 1/2 hour before calling to be picked up.
This is our second time using rugged rentals and we will definitely use them again when we go to SLC. Lovely staff very helpful and friendly nothing was a problem for them.
