Asked fir a jeep cherokee. Had a jeep wrangler. Would have prefered what i reserved

All their processes from reservation to dropping off the vehicle at Salt Lake City for our return was efficient and effective. We rented from Rugged to ensure we were covered for travel to Brighton up Cottonwood Cayon in case of road closure to vehicles not certified by UTDOT. When we dropped off our vehicle instead of making us wait for the shuttle (reasonable at ~15min) they had an employee drive us in our rental vehicle with suitcases and ski tube.
Rugged made the trip very stress free. On time pick up good rates. Definitely would use again.
Instructions for pickup and drop off were clear, service was excellent, no problems at all.
I was upgraded to a Jeep Wrangler Sahara which was a ton of fun. Love not needing to hassle over snow tires and ski racks. Great value and service both times I’ve rented here.

Late night pick-up delayed by baggage issues. Despite this, the staff at Rugged Rental patiently waited for us and provided exceptional and rapid service getting us into the car and on our way in less than 5 minutes
Great vehicle. Asked for 4WD/AWD and the vehicle was better than expected and very clean. Called and was picked up right away. Very friendly and courteous drivers to and from Airport. Front desk people very friendly and helpful. Will definitely rent from again. Thank you.
