Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Jeep we rented was clean and in good condition. It was just what we were looking for!
A driver spit rocks on the windshield and damaged it, which kind of put a damper on my experience.
Totally out of Rugged Rentals control, they were a delight to use.
Jason, drove around the airport an additional time so we could find our way back. Easy, prompt, and exactly as they said. The staff were friendly, HELPFUL and accommodating - Arrangements were made for after hours pick up. Communication was awesome! Rugged Rentals accepted all my information through fax and email so I was able to add additional drivers and pay ahead of time without actually being there. 12-passenger car got approx 20 mls/gal. - great for lg vehicle that ran very well.
We were extremely satisfied with the truck and the service. We will recommend Rugged Rentals to our friends and also use them again.

Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4DR was ready for us to pick up all cleaned up, shiny and waxed. The staff at the Rugged Rental were professional and courteous. The price for the week rental was extremely fair, especially for the brand new Rubicon. It drove like a dream and the return was handled professionally and speedy for us to catch a flight back home at the SLC Airport. I will definitely come back and rent again. THANK YOU.
