Truck had a tire issue from the initial pick up.
Received a flat tire because of it. Had issues for 24 hours because of it.
Vehicle had issues and needed replacement.
Everyone was very nice
I appreciated the fast service. Also, many rental companies waste customers' time trying to pressure them into buying insurance. I was grateful that Rugged didn't bother with this tactic!
