Great experience. Prompt. Clean great vehicle.
I was very satisfied with my experience.
The team in Salt Lake were so friendly and accommodating. We purchased a vacation package during our stay in Park City, if the rates stay as reasonable as they were for this trip....we will never rent with anyone else!! Wonderful Jeep that added some extra fun to our vacation! The only concern I had was that the oil change light came on almost immediately. Proper maintenance is important to us. We hesitated to go too far incase there was an issue.
Everything about the Rugged Rental experience was great...except... We got a flat on a typical rural Utah county road. The guy at the tire store in Hanksville said the tires were passenger car tires. The tires should complement the vehicle (4x4 Ram 1500) they're on; they should be as rugged as the vehicle.
We have rented a vehicle from Rugged Rental on 3 occasions and plan to do so in the future. A pleasure to do business with!
It was such a good deal! The van we rented had a TV and that helped a lot for our road trip.

Truck was fine, would have rather not have had a Dodge but, the vehicle performed very well and got the job done. I enjoy renting from Rugged Rental, they have a very good deals on large trucks. I look forward to renting from them again.
Rugged rentals was perfect for our National Park vacation since we were flying in from out of state. The vehicle choice was perfect. The SUV was in immaculate condition and ran beautifully. Rugged rentals will provide a drink/food cooler if needed. This really helped us out. The staff were great to deal with. We were able to bypass the lines and hype, typical of other rental car companies. The shuttle service went without a hitch. Every rental agency should be so great!
