Loved the Jeep, pricey - but worth it to ensure we would be able to get where we needed to go in January.
We were very pleased with the vehicle and service.
They had the best rates we could find on 4-Wheel drive SUVs. Pickup and drop off was easy and we received great customer service.
Everyone was very friendly, the shuttle was prompt, and the van was in very good condition.
We rented 2 Suburbans for our college travel course. The silver one required brake maintenance which caused us to alter our schedule that day. The red one was awesome. No issues. Great for hauling students and tons of gear. I really enjoyed driving it. We plan to use RR again next year for our travel course transportation needs.
Overall the suburban we rented was great. We did have a problem with the brakes and when we called the office to see what could be done, they were at first not very helpful. After some back and forth, we took the car to a tire/brake specialist who noted that the brakes were "metal on metal". RR did provide a loaner vehicle, but we had to drive back to the office to pick up the Sub when it was finished. Delivering it to us would have been excellent customer service.
