Outstanding experience with Ross. I was picked up in the car that I was renting which is a huge benefit when traveling with lots of luggage. The staff was very friendly. Car was spotless, facilities very clean and modern. The rates were cheaper than most of the big names and service was impeccable. The check out and in process was lightyears quicker than other places that I've rented. I wish Ross was available everywhere I traveled! Thank you, team, for a great experience.
