I booked the car online on Expedia starting 10 PM, but when I got in the airport I got to know the company was closed. If the company is closed at this time, why it's allowed to rent online? I had to rent a car from Hertz, used the car only 3 days, but fully charged 5 days.

They did not have a car. I wasted 2 hrs commuting off site on my own from airport. Staff were not helpful. They still has my deposit of $800 which should have been returned to me since I did not get car.

Great experience! They had our car running with AC on when we arrived! Shop was right by airport with free, prompt shuttle. There is a hefty deposit/hold of $800, but will release after 21 days. Hopefully?

Wow - amazing experience with Ross rental. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The car was clean and ready. The transaction was super smooth. The communication by WhatsApp was perfect! I highly recommend Ross and will absolutely be ent with them again !!
