The staff were great. They were courteous, helpful and completed the processes quickly. I would use their service again.
I reserved a compact but was given an SUV which cost almost twice as much.
Cancel. Booked through Uber and when arrived they had no record. They don’t accept AMEX and then they wanted a 2500 because the can change the terms which said 250 deposit. It was a rental for less than 24 hours
I was a little skeptical at first, but by the time I reached the counter, the process was quick and easy. They had a sign outside if the door with instructions to follow to make the process quicker. They didn't have the car that I choose online but upgraded me to a 300! When I go back to Cali, I will be using them again!
It was an easy process, great experience even though I was very leary for to issues in the past. I would definitely use them again.
It wasn't clear that there was a $2,500 deposit required for the car. The staff was able to work out a way to get it down to $500. It's such a large amount is required to be held on your credit card, that should be made clear before you get there.

It is extremely inconvenient and unethical that we were able to reserve a vehicle with our American Express card but upon arrival the same card was not accepted. We did not have another credit card so we were charged an extra $250 that we did not budget for for this trip
Overall we were happy with our rental. We forgot the credit card needed to reserve the car and were glad that we could use a debit card, but it was with a higher cost. Felt like we were slightly scammed in purchasing the Florida Sunpass, and being on a tight budget the overall cost of the rental with the extra expenses was hard for us. The company was efficient and courteous and the car worked well for what we needed. 5 stars all around If we had been able to do it all with the initial quote.
We rented a mid-sized car, but were given a full sized car for the same price. Car was comfortable and clean. I would definitely rent from them again.
