Midway Car Rental has consistently exceeded my expectations. They are highly recommended.
Pros: Quick pickup at LAX and check in. Friendly staff. Cons: Wait at kiosk/pick up area. Usually 10 + minutes.
Have been a repeat customer and usually got bumped up to a higher quality vehicle but this trip it did not happen so I was a little disappointed. For instance this vehicle did not have a USB port for charging my cell. Still had a good experience all around.
Really nice and easy as always. Good to know the new Ford Transit Vans are available now.
Please open an office in San Francisco.

This was my second time renting a car with Midway car rental and so far I had experienced the best service with the cheapest price.
Overall, we were very pleased with our rental. Great service, great vehicle, glad we used you all!
We had to wait about 30 minutes for a bus to pick us up from LAX to bring us to the rental office. That was my only complaint.
