Staff was very courteous. Show-room was pleasant. Processing was efficient and vehicle was excellent. Great experience; I would rent with them again. I was concerned about the shuttle to off-site location, but in San Diego, the show room was very close and staff were pleasant on the phone and driver was helpful and very respectful of the time both at pickup and return.
No surprises!
