I often need a rental car and check Midway and Enterprise. Midway LAX is excellent.
I always rent from Midway. In my opinion the staff, the cars and the expedited services are better than anyone else out there-i just wish they were in all of the places i have to travel.
It was a little annoying to have to bring so much paperwork to the desk, a utility bill, copy of my insurance coverage and credit card billing address, one of the gentlemen was very nice, the other was a little mean. My credit card statement goes to my son's address and I don't like disclosing that info. As long as I have my drivers license, my credit card and proof of insurance, that should be enough.
Other than that I was happy with the car.
There was an unexpected family death. My anxiety level was at an all time high. From the moment the shuttle bus picked me up, I got signed in and finally got my car.....The staff was exceptional. You most definitely have my business.

As usual at Midway, everything as expected.
I had an amazing experience with Midway car rental, especially after having been really turned off by another rental company at the LAX airport. The staff member I dealt with, Angie, was intelligent and kind. We did not have a conventional rental situation and she problem solved for us, ensuring we could rent a car. It made our holiday possible. We were so grateful for the autonomy she showed. The only area of improvement could have been the car cleanliness, but was not unclean by any means.
