No complaints! Also, the staff was very helpful when I had some trouble finding my way back to the location to return the car.

LAX:You need to tell people when they exit the baggage claim area they need to TURN RIGHT and walk down aways on the island to find the RED Courtesy Vehicle sign. We were just told to look for the red sign as soon as you exit baggage claim and indeed there is a red sign that says Courtesy Vehicle Shuttle just as you exit. We waited almost 40 minutes and had to make 3 phone calls. Each time someone asked were we standing under the RED Sign and we said yes. Problem was it was the wrong red sign!
Midway is a very friendly environment
My experience was overall good. I had an issue with the gate as I was leaving. The ticket to get out didn't work. I noticed at least one other person that had to backup to get it worked out. I had a guy that came and lifted up the gate. Having Someone nearby so gate can get open quickly when not working would help. Also bus pickup seemed to take a long time and was small. Being picked up wasn't as bad but when dropped off there were not enough to seats to get us all in to take us to airport.
We were so impressed by Midway's friendly customer service, quick turn-around at pickup and drop-off, extremely clean vehicle, and convenient a airport shuttle. We won't rent anywhere else when we're in Los Angeles!

I have rented cars from MCars (formerly Midway) for over 15 years now. In my opinion they are the best rental company in LA! Excellent prices, well kept new cars, and a terrific staff. George and his team are the best! I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a rental car.
