The car was in great shape and really helped make our trip enjoyable. Staff was very friendly. Only thing is I wish I was told where to drop the keys at night. It took me awhile to find, but eventually I did.
One of the best rental experiences I have had to date with any agency. Due to extensive travel at a previous position, I have elevated status in most rental programs (i.e. Enterprise Platinum), and Midway Wilshire delivered a beyond expected experience. Kannesha Mullinax was exceptional and very helpful.

Was not at the desk when I arrived despite me calling to warn them that I was on the shuttle to the rental car location. Kept trying to have me upgrade to a muscle car despite turning it down

This is my second rental in the last month from M Car, and overall I'm extremely happy with the rates, vehicles, and customer service. The one thing that could be much improved is having better information and/or signage in the parking garage at Joe's Parking (LAX) . When returning the car, it's very unclear where to bring the vehicle. The attendant did say to bring it back to the same place, but the customers aren't as familiar with the premises as the employees are!
