Everything was just great !

I absolutely Love the staff at the LAX location. They are very humble, respectful,patient, and knowledgeable individuals. Go LAX staff you guys do a great job at pleasing your customers especially ME. Big Thanks to Patrice and Jose, I forget the names of the other staff there but nevertheless they ALL do a great job!!
Excellent service all around. The cars are in great shape. My only (facetious) complaint is that they had economy-sized cars available, so I didn't get the automatic upgrade that I sometimes do!
It was an overall great experience using midway. Midway car rental had great reviews from trip advisor and I would agree with those reviews based on my experience.
It was excellent except the car seat we rented wasn't very good quality.

I waited for over an hour for the shuttle. I called to check on the shuttle after 45 minutes of waiting and seeing every shuttle for every other car rental at least 3 times.
