one big problem that I had, was about the charging that they did for gas to me after dropping the car,whereas the gas was as the same amount and may be more than the amount that I picked up,I came back to the agency and claim that and fortunately they accepted my claim,but it really upset me from your company that why you did this kind of mistakes...!!!!!!???.
