Service and staff very friendly! We were a little shocked st the final price of the vehicle when all was said and done. Nearly $100 above the initial daily rate! I'm sure most of the taxes and fees are non negotiable and standard for car rentals in LA, but because of this, I will look into other options before choosing M car again, although I would use them again if I found them to be the best rate.
