20 minutes wait in garage for the car. car had a broken right side mirror , half a tank of gas, and STUNK of cigarette smoke. Will not rent from them again.
I was happy except I feel the rate for going over my hours was extreme.
Pick up was not great.I just missed the shuttle when exiting the terminal, and had to,wait a half hour for the next shuttle to arrive.
