My reservation did not go through with car rental so when I showed up to the location, they did not have a reservation for me. The employees honored my reservation and even gave me an upgrade. Good company.

great company. only problem i had was i made my reservation and changed it to a day later to pick up and my request didn’t go through. i was supposed to get a $200 car but instead had to pay $750 roughly instead. it was a nice car and everything but it did set me back and i didn’t appreciate it. Carmen was super nice though and did a great job. would still rent again but hopefully this won’t happen next time

The charge of this car wasn’t what my paperwork stated! The times of pick up and drop off haven’t been updated on the website. When I dropped the car off at 6:00 am the gate was locked and no where to leave the keys.

At my arrival with my family we were taken to the location where the manager told me that the price quoted inline was not going to be honored because I had to buy insurance and that if I didn't that he would have to charge my credicard $180.000 USD. He was rude and did not care that were stranded in a foreign country, he would not honored the price and had no car for me to to rent because I was late after my flight was delayed. This company its a joke and I will make sure to tell anyone I kno.

They advertise one price then add more and more money, the car we got was a wreck for 50 dollars a day, it broke down on our trip and no one would answer the phone at their office, we had to try to repair the car our selves, and we were able to find an office in the next city we were driving to. That office replaced the car and we enjoyed out stay , on our way home we needed the car to be picked up and again no one would answer the phone. We had to drive there to get them to come pick the car up

I rented for Cozumel at the cruise port. I even wrote a head of time to confirm that your at the port. Your answer was yes. When I got there I was told that "nobody" ever heard of you and you did not exist at a port in Cozumel.

Happy with the rental daily rate. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE RIDICULOUS INSURANCE I HAD TO PAY! This is a game and needs to be stopped. I'm not sure what government official is on the take in the Cancun area for making car renters pay 3 times the cost of the rental for insurance, but it's uncalled for. Of course, this exercise is par for the course in Mexico. They don't seem to care if they're drivers are insured, but the car renters who bring tourism dollars in are hijacked to pay!
