The team was very kind and helpful, and even gave me some great tips about where to go in the area.
Overall good experience, they accommodated me well as I was able to return the car early when I didn’t need it anymore.
5 stars. Highly recommend. Staff are courteous, and extremely helpful. Made us feel right at home. Quick and easy process, and they gave us a ride to and from the airport from their office.
The staff at Mega rental were SO accommodating. They shuttled us to the rental and all of our interactions were very personal. The car and location were great. Would definitely use them again!

My experience with Mega MC LLC was beyond my expectations. The people who work here were very responsive to my needs and their communication with me throughout the process was better than any other company I have ever worked with. My plans were their priority. The car was really great as well. It was in excellent condition and the rate was incredible! I will use their company again and I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Charlotte.

Over a 45 min wait to be picked up. Car was perfect. Delivery back to airport was immediate. Driver was great on way back to airport.
