No public transportation to the location, no passenger pick up, the rear head rest was missing, one tail light was not working, and when informed asked to go their mechanic, it that cost me 11 kms and 1 hour, when settling the bill, no consideration for that fact in calculating additional kms.

The van we rented was ok but unfortunately, the renter before us had put a big dent on one side of the vehicle which made it looked awkward and friends thought that we did it. A lot of explanation is needed to clarify the situation. Vehicle in that condition should only be rented out after fixing.
