Picked up at the airport promptly. Provided with vehicle and needed information at pickup. No issues with the vehicle. Multiple return options to simplify things. Best price I could find.
Overall very happy with my experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I have already recommended this company to another friend. My car wasn’t a Camry as I was expecting and it seemed a little runned down- the side mirrors were difficult to see out of maybe due to salt water damage but they were foggy, gear shift was very abrupt when slowing down, and cosmetically inside not as nice as I was hoping. But the A/C was cold and it had Apple CarPlay which was very important to me.
Very good service, was going to drop car at airport after hours, decided to drop at office location just before closing, still got a shuttle to the airport, Mahalo!
I was skeptical using LuckyOwl since the prices seemed like too good of a deal but our experience was great. I received a confirmation email about my reservation and upon arrival date a shuttle was already waiting for us to bring us over to their location. The whole process was extremely seamless and efficient. I also loved the fact they had vacuums to tidy up the rental before turning it in. I definitely plan on using luckyowl next time.
I like that before and after hours accommodations were made. The car was good but it was raining in some areas and the windshield wiper were in bad condition.

Didn’t keep commitments. while I picked up the car, it was not explained that I have to pay for a day charge even use 3 hours. I paid for 2 days with my credit card, later they charged one more day without my consent. Later I called them and they said that the system automatically charge me. Not believed, system work over human.
it is a very good deal and we have a good ending for my family vacation in Hawaii.
