The only glitch was that there was no one at the airport when we arrived. The other car rental agencies were helpful & one contacted Leisure & found out that they were on the way to get us. We were then led to a pick up point & were driven to the leisure lot. It took about 15- 20 minuted for it all to be sorted out.

The first vehicle we received was without shocks and was a rough ride, and eventually would not start. Leisure Car Rental immediately brought a new comfortable vehicle to us, and we were off on our adventures. Our "below expectations" were changed to "Great".

Rented a car this past week. Brand new, less than 600km on the odometer. Car was perfect, communication was perfect. Picked us up at the airport and brought us back in our rental. Top notch, highly recommend. The ONLY thing I wish was different, and many places do this, is for us start and end with a full tank.
