Jimmy and his crew were excellent. Always a pleasure.
Total charges were given at certain USD amount,but when I was paying the owner Alex said his machine only charges in Euro,though he is located on Dutch side where everything is in USD. His conversion rate is bad and he makes money on that as well. When I looked at my cc charges I was charged $70 more than was agreed upon. Alex then said that the difference is for taxes, though it was never mentioned before. Upon car return he also charged us $45 because he said we brought car late.

The company tried to charge us an addition $35 for a pickup fee...we were picked up five minutes away from their location and I had entered our pickup location on the form in the box for “Pick up Location” and requested a confirmation on the pickup time. After arguing with them over this exorbitant fee, they finally waived the fee when we threatened to cancel our reservation. When we returned the car they refused to drive us back so we had to take a cab....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
