Leisure Car Rental Renter Rated Reviews - Page 11

Overall, a positive rental experience. The vehicle was as expected, the process was straightforward, and the staff accommodated a later return time when our flight schedule changed. The only issue was at pickup: no agent was waiting at the airport as arranged, resulting in about a 30-minute delay after we contacted the office. Better coordination during busy arrival periods would improve the experience. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.

Always like when the company does what they say they’d do. Prompt pickup in the car you actually use. Will use again for sure

The guys were extremely helpful in helping us with a last minute reservation. Car was clean and ready to go with less than 24 hours notice. Would absolutely rent from them again!
