The staff were super helpful and, when I thought that I had made a reservation online, and it didn't go through (my mistake), Carl was kind enough to honor the rate and worked with us to secure the size vehicle we needed. We were very happy with the vehicle, the customer service and the staff. Thank you!

Everything went great as the staff were friendly and helpful with the process.... But compared to what I usually get in terms of car size and class... I found the rate was very high... and I am a frequent renter and usually rent cars at at least 15 different airports annually and for the amount of money I spent, I always got a bigger class of car. It was my first time renting with your company and in Grand Cayman.... So hopefully the process would be faster the next time i return

Rental on Cayman tends to be more expensive than the states and we felt like this was our best value compared to other rentals on the island. We did not have to compromise service for price. The agents and the drivers to and from the airport where quick and friendly. We had no issues with the vehicle during our stay. Highly recommend

Great company and friendly staff. They picked us up and dropped us back off at the airport. Took about the same amount of time as dealing with with the car rental places near the airport and less busy.
