We didn't seem to have cell phone calling active but were able to reach the agency through WhatsApp and an SUV was promptly sent to pick us up at the Terminal. When we returned the vehicle (Kia Cerato sedan a.k.a. Forte in Canada/US), the young gentlemen were courteous and helpful and gave us a ride to the airport. Helpful tip from one of the employees, use the business name "GoCayman Car Rental" rather than the google provided street address if using a GPS to drive back to the agency.
