All-around GREAT experience! From the moment we landed, we were taken care of. My friend and her two boys didn't have to wait more than 5-10min for a shuttle to take us to the Agency. From there, it was smooth. Our options were laid out for us, they gave us time to review our insurance policy from USA to see if we had coverage, and their attention to our needs was impeccable; especially with two young boys going at each other! Haha!

No shuttle service to/from the airport. Paid $45 to taxi to the location which was deducted from the bill. Dropped the car off after 9am and they were closed. Had to walk to a gas station to find someone to help me get another $60 taxi back and that was not refunded. Terrible experience.

Very good service and the car did well except the electronic key needed a new battery so it was a struggle to get it unlocked. It's also important to make sure you have a printed insurance against insurance excess claims includes CDW and SLI otherwise they will make you take their expensive (like all car hore companies) full insurance package. Otherwise it was a good experience with a local operator as opposed to the rip-off international companies and it contirbutes more to the local economy.
