The pick-up at the airport was okay, but at the end of the rental no van was available for the return to the airport. In sted a taxi cab was called. En route to the airport, I noticed that the meter was running, so I asked the driver what the agreement was with the rental company. He knew of no agreement and expected me to pay the fare! We returned to the rental company (luckily I had plenty of time before the departure of my flight), and a taxi voucher was now issued. Nobody said "sorry".

I had an extremely negative experience during the checkout experience with a man who said he was the manager. Not only was I treated poorly and underhandedly at check out, the staff charged the wrong card after I explicitly gave them a new card in order to avoid a foreign transaction fee. This cost me an additional $15.

This is my third time renting from Globe and i will not rent from anyone else. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. I have always been picked up on time and if someone cannot take me back to the airport, they usually get me a cab. The facility is also very warm and inviting. Way to go GLOBE!!!!!

I waited a long time at the counter to be served. The agent on the phone had said $0.98 per day for the extra driver, when the correct price was $4.95.
