To my knowledge, this is the only agency that takes their entire fee before a customer's rental car leaves the premises. As we rent for 6 weeks every summer, paying the tab up front is a bit of a shock...and unfair. In terms of staffing, the following problems occured: 1. The car was missing its antennae. On the phone staff insisted it was 'lost' during my possesion of the car. 2. Staff tried to charge me extra km because they split the 6 week contract in two. Next summer - different agen

The pick-up at the airport was okay, but at the end of the rental no van was available for the return to the airport. In sted a taxi cab was called. En route to the airport, I noticed that the meter was running, so I asked the driver what the agreement was with the rental company. He knew of no agreement and expected me to pay the fare! We returned to the rental company (luckily I had plenty of time before the departure of my flight), and a taxi voucher was now issued. Nobody said "sorry".

I had an extremely negative experience during the checkout experience with a man who said he was the manager. Not only was I treated poorly and underhandedly at check out, the staff charged the wrong card after I explicitly gave them a new card in order to avoid a foreign transaction fee. This cost me an additional $15.

This is my third time renting from Globe and i will not rent from anyone else. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. I have always been picked up on time and if someone cannot take me back to the airport, they usually get me a cab. The facility is also very warm and inviting. Way to go GLOBE!!!!!

I waited a long time at the counter to be served. The agent on the phone had said $0.98 per day for the extra driver, when the correct price was $4.95.
