The pick-up at the airport was okay, but at the end of the rental no van was available for the return to the airport. In sted a taxi cab was called. En route to the airport, I noticed that the meter was running, so I asked the driver what the agreement was with the rental company. He knew of no agreement and expected me to pay the fare! We returned to the rental company (luckily I had plenty of time before the departure of my flight), and a taxi voucher was now issued. Nobody said "sorry".

Not only was I treated poorly and underhandedly at check out, the staff charged the wrong card after I explicitly gave them a new card in order to avoid a foreign transaction fee. This cost me an additional $15.
the staff could be a bit more polite as he was probably in a rush or something but it is just a quick comment, nothing to be worried about.
Perfect, procedure to take the vehicle at the counter somehow quite lengthy though (about 30 minutes before you can drive away).
This is my third time renting from Globe and i will not rent from anyone else. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. I have always been picked up on time and if someone cannot take me back to the airport, they usually get me a cab. The facility is also very warm and inviting. Way to go GLOBE!!!!!
pick up was delayed by road congestion. on the trip back, everything went very smoothly. it was really a pleasure to work with globe
I waited a long time at the counter to be served. The agent on the phone had said $0.98 per day for the extra driver, when the correct price was $4.95.
I was very happy. My only disappointment was the GPS. It couldn't find all the addresses I wanted even if they were on a major street.
Location is not very well situated.
Little noise at the front of the car and around the brakes as well.
