The rental was difficult without being aware we needed the info from our policy for collision and or documentation from the credit card used. We have never been asked for anything more than our insurance card. One other issue is the email we received pre-rental said that the Uber would be covered both ways, from and to the airport. When we returned our vehicle we were told that the Uber chare reimbursement was only for the ride to Globe, not back to the airport.

Car itself was great. Pickup process was the most excruciatingly inefficient car rental pick up I’ve ever experienced. I also never received a uber voucher so I paid out of pocket for rides back and forth from the airport, which is much further than the advertised 10 minutes.

Did not get the vehicle I requested. Pick up location is not as described. The agency provide a shuttle to pick one up at the airport. First phone call to the 1-800- number never got answered, left voice mail. Waited another 15 minutes to place call again to be told to wait another 15 or 20 minutes. Then I have to transfer all my baggage, family and car seats to the shuttle van to be transported to the rental van. Upon arrival at the agency, my requested van is not available.

Stop looking. If you want a headache free rental, Globe Car Rental is by far the best and the cheapest (saved $120 from the cheapest price on Expedia). I got picked up within 10 minutes from my call @ the airport. Shuttle itself was clean & driver was courteous. Their branch is along the way into town and on major highway to everything, so no loss of time travelling. Got a Free GPS & the vehicle was a 2013! I was explained the contract and was out in 15 minutes. Return process: Excellent!
