No hassle, very professional and helpful! Easy pick up and drop off at airport.
Surprised to have no one greet us with vehicle at pick up. Didn't know which vehicle was ours. No instruction on how to operate the ramp and scooter. Gas Gage didn't work. The last minute cancellation of the accessible shuttle was nearly a deal breaker for the entire vacation. Made things a lot more difficult.

The van on day had the air conditioner parts falling out. Then the second day the air quit on us. We had to drive the next morning 45 min to get another one
