The pick up and drop off was very easy. The van was very clean and the overall experience was excellent.

We have rented from Florida Van rental 3 times in 3 months. Owner and staff are always extremely helpful, friendly, take efforts to make sure our rental experience is good. They called in advance when our "favorite" van was unavailable because the prior renter kept it longer than planned, wanted to make sure we weren't inconvenienced when we arrived late at night. We have to come back again multiple times in the next few months, will use them again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Ford Transit had a/c issues and was an older model, Text sent sent for Ford was the wrong license # . Rep sent the correct after I tried to explain this . I was expecting a 2023 for the amount paid . Had to swap out vans ended up with my least favorite van model a Chevy. When I spoke to reps the only van models mentioned were Fords and Mercedes with the latter being my fav but it would not accommodate our group size. On a good note the company did bring the swapped van to us. I’m a travel age
Figuring our how to catch the shuttle was a little confusing, but otherwise everything was very easy!

The van seemed to be very loud and hard to turn the wheel like it was missing power stearing fluid. Really should make sure that the vehicles are all the way up to par before renting them out. Other than that it was ok.
Another great experience with Florida Van Rentals. Never had a problem.
