This was one of the most awful experiences I’ve ever had renting a vehicle from a company. We waited over half an hour for a ride to get to the park to pick up our vehicle. on arrival vehicle was not fit for our needs and there was no opportunity to change the vehicle or any customer service whatsoever except for a guy on the phone who wanted to argue. Vehicle was dirty., Old, smell like cigarette smoke and definitely not safe. The company has lack of customer service and Just a bad experien

Older ramp van. Had a couple issues with the door closing. Worked ok.
We hired vans for a large group . Communication was great , delivery of the vehicles to our villa was a huge plus and any questions via What’s app made everything so easy . Would definitely recommend and use again - great service!
Our van was expensive but wouldnt stop me from renting it again.

Pick up and drop off of rentals was easy and sufficient. I only wish that ALL vans had reverse cameras to help with steering/reverse guidance. Otherwise, vans were in excellent condition.
