Great service to/from the airport and good communication beforehand; I did have to pay extra to activate a toll pass but the value is still great even with the additional expense.
The best experience I've had in many years renting cars in the FLorida State, brand new cars and great customer service. Thank you guys.

Rental price was hidden in special sun pass fees. Not disclosed on the booking site.
The agent was not knowledgeable about the policy.
Only issue I had was the company advertised that the rental car pick up was at the Airport terminal and it in fact was not. We had to call the company to receive shuttle service to and from their rental agency.
No issues with Florida premium!!
The car was very nice, but the gentlemen who shuttled me to and from the Miami airport were extremely friendly, they are exactly the type to welcome visitors into the city. Thank you!
