Desde el joven que nos recogió en el aeropuerto, hasta el que nos entregó el vehículo y el que nos recibió y nos llevó al aeropuerto fue genial.

Price at website was 10x different to the final deal. They took a lot of time to understand what was happening and still made a very bad deal. This company is a layer.
Just a little hiccup on the renting, though they did make me wait at times, but they did have a good car for me and I am pleased with what they offered for me, and pleased to hear some explanation on the rate. They were honest though, and others that did ask say that I landed a great deal despite of what is offered online. Though not for native Floridians, out of staters would be satisfied with what Florida Premium would offer.

will never rent from this place again i called to verify requirements and what i need for the vehicle. on arrival everything that was said over the phone was completely different from what was said face to face and i was unable to get the vehicle. waste of time and money.
