Overall we were very pleased with the rental experience.
They don't inform before you get there that you need to have your own insurance for their cargo vans...every other van/truck rental provide it at a price...Ez rental don't give you that option.
I was disappointed upon arrival

I rented through Kayak which unfortunately allowed me to book for a time when the location was closed. A staff member of another location luckily helped me change the reservation to another location and honored my price. The staff was helpful. The car was clean but after I started driving the headlight malfunction light came on. Lights seemed to work still but that was a little concerning. Otherwise the experience was fine.

I reserved a 7 passenger suv dodge durango or similar. I know it’s suppose to be one of those giant suvs.I was about to be given something smaller, I believe it was a Mazda that seated only 5. I mentioned it to them so they said ok no problem and gave me a Hyundai santa fe. It did seat 7 still but kind of not what was expected or wanted because a Santa fe is not similar to a huge suvIt was slightly disappointing BUT the fact that the staff was really nice and helpful made me feel fine with it.
Reliable car, and easy after-hours return. Good experience!
