it has to be a little bit more mantaint wipers bettery for romote etc.
The staff at the Boro Park location was very knowledgeable. The staff at the Bay Ridge location was not.

The car was not there, the side mirror was broken, the windshield was chipped, the door handle was missing and the tire pressure was way low(warning light was on).
I dropped the vehicle in the exact same spot that I picked it up from and u fortunately it was towed. I then received an extremely rude and unprofessional phone call from an individual named Ruth telling me what I did and didn’t do as well as what I need to do. I was in court and had to excuse myself to deal with this obnoxiously rude individual. After the additional $275 for tow I will NEVER RENT FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE I KNOW RENTS FROM YOU EITHER. THANK YOU
