They cancelled my reservation three days before my trip, which meant I had to rent another car from a different agency at an extremely high rate due to the last minute nature of the situation. The only explanation given was that they would be closed on the day of the rental, which begs the question: Why didn't they log their correct opening dates in their system? For a car rental company, that seems like a very basic necessity.
Reservation was cancelled 3 days before pickup with no alternate solution. This company needs to get organized
