The car I received was an embarrassment. There was damage to the front bumper, rear bumper, front right headlight/quarter panel, driver's side door. The seats were stained, the dash board was damaged, the was a cigarette lighter in the cup holder on the door. I returned the car between 8:45 and 9:00 AM on Friday 10/8 as per the agreement, but received a call yesterday, 10/11 asking when I was going to return the car. I will not rent from EZ Rentals again.

Love this company only thing was the representative for the bay ridge location she was alittle rude because of her attitude but she definitely redeemed herself whe. Calling her boss to extend my rental for me but I did not have enough for the rental at the time of extension so she called the general manager for bay ridge location and she got me the extension without paying it upfront. Which was very nice of her

We had zero wait time and no added/hidden fees we actually ended up with a small discount! The car was clean and pretty new, way better experience than picking up at the airport or in Manhattan!
