Empress was an excellent choice. The price was excellent the car was in great condition and the people were awesome to deal with. They provided excellent, friendly service. Empress with definitely be my rental car provider every year in the future. I highly recommend them.

The first car we were given the inside looked like it was pulled from the ocean. Water stained and molding. They were very helpful in changing us to another car. The second felt like the tires were falling off as we drove down the road. Again the staff was very helpful in changing out to a third car. The third car was great no problems
