It was a wonderful experience. We have rented from Empress before and have always been happy with the service.

A consistently good deal over many years
This was the best available price for any rental car at the time. The staff were all friendly and respectful. The car had many dings and scratches, but so do most cars on the island. The plastic over the instrument panel was foggy so I could not read the odometer or clearly see the "low gas" warning. The car came with 1/4 tank of gas. It would be more convenient to start with a full tank and have me return it with a full tank like most places do. Overall good experience though.
First they appear very helpful and honest. I don't trust them when returned the vehicle. Had a very bad experience with them and will never rent from them again.
