Car wasn’t what was quote and was basic junk, but had 4 wheels, engine and was capable of being driven. Sad part was they had many decent vehicles on the lot. …😞

Best place on the island
I had a bad experience which is not typical. We have rented from Empress at least a dozen times before. This time however pick up at the airport took over an hour, the van came back and didn’t look for us and picked up someone else instead. The woman at the office didn’t seem too be very concerned that we were waiting at the airport for an hour. We did not get the car we asked for although we did get it bigger car. The rate at check out was not what was quoted. All in all not a good experien
total junk car, with many broken things
Flight was delayed by an hour and a half. We arrived around 5:00 pm. Walked outside and saw someone holding the Empress sign walked over to him he said something to me I did not understand and walked away. I assumed he went to get the van. Waited for 15 minutes but no Van. Called the office and no answer. Took a taxi and went to the office and found no one there with the gates closed. Called first thing in the morning only to be told there were no cars available. Great way to start a vacation!
