First off. I kind of felt the gentleman asisting the agency takes a long time to do the paperwork. And then threat customers with lack of courtesy and politeness. The most disappointing thing about the Van was the bad cleaining performed. The smell inside the van was bad and the seats some of them looked all dirty. The assistant gave me 2 odor products but it didn't help. They should use seats covers and do some better inside cleaning.
Worst experience ever made a reservation and vehicle was not available complete waste of time
I would never use empire van rental again and would never reccomend it

The staff was not knowledgeable of the options of the vehicle, so not very helpful in that matter.
EZ- Pass deposit was charged without getting my rental car. Reservation was canceled because of not having a drop off location at an international airport in the area, without being charged $150? Transactions were billed prior to car usage?
I called because I did not get a confirmation phone call, I was told they couldn't get a hold of me but then found that they had the phone number wrong. I was quoted a price that was good for the SUV that I requested but ended up with a Toyota and paid more for it
