The van was a little dirty when received and gas meter was 1/8 below full. I could have complained but did not. Otherwise, the van worked well.

The Ford Van (12 people) was filthy, and when I called to complain to Empire they suggested to change it to another one newer and cleaner, but ALL of them where absolutely dirty inside, the carpets and seats where disgrace, and the answer from the renter was they do not have a car wash available so they do their best to clean it, but it was not enough by far.
Deposit was to high and employees where a little rude and passive
The car has less than half-tank fuel, did not have an apple play, navigation system, and no USB charging point to charge iPhone!
The staff is always on point and helpful. When confirming Maria answered all my questions. At the site Ray makes sure we understand everything especially all the fees.
