Pickup was quick and drop off was just as quick because there was a slot to drop the key inside so I could leave
I had already entered all info online, then went over it with a woman on the phone 2 days later, when i got to location 17 minutes early, the person at the counter was helping another customer which took about 25 minutes....then when it was my turn, i had to go through AGAIN my details of rental. then there was a printer issue, then we finally got our car 32 minutes AFTER my rental started. i think that paperwork should be printed before the customer arrives, or it should all be online.
Everything, from start to finish, went well. Van was new and drove well. Very good company.
I have always rented with Empire and I have yet had a negative experience. I recommend them all the time people are looking for a rental. great work as usual.

The experience was exceptional. All the employees were nice and courteous to me and my needs.
I never felt more humiliated and embarrassed. I was told one price before I arrived and once I arrived. I feel like because I was black they changed the price to an extra 2100 dollars which was ridiculous. I would never rent or refer anyone to this place.
