Poor customer service very unorganized company supervisor unprofessional not attentive to the customer. Billed for tolls that wasn’t mine. Called several times still no call back. Go rent from someone else. STAY AWAY
Bad experience
Fast and easy no waiting for a long time for a car
When I return the vehicle 1 of the staff was very rude took way longer than expect to return the vehicle I still haven’t received my deposit yet

It was a good rental. The only thing I did not like is that the car was not washed and was very dirty on the outside. Then on the inside passenger door there was a bunch of pistachio shells which made me wonder if the inside was cleaned as well. In this time if COVID its important proper cleaning and disinfecting takes place with car shares. For the rental price I paid It should of been delivered clean inside and out.
Only suggestion I have…. I have rented 3 times in total with you. Each time I picked up the car it was dirty, definitely not cleaned at all before they dropped it off

Rental company is HORRIBLE,customer service is WORSE! My reservation was for 7am,I didn’t get a vehicle until 9am and not the vehicle I requested!
